RBL Bank - AVP - Financial Inclusions Operations

A. Position Purpose :

- We are looking for a AVP position in the Financial Inclusions Operations.

- The incumbent should be from an Assets domain, micro finance lending operations would be an added advantage or any other Retail product.

- He or she should have sound knowledge of transaction processing, & well versed in the accounting entries concept and understand of the GL, NPA accounting, transaction based reconciliations.

- Knowledge of the core banking systems, (Finacle), proficiency in excel & preferably SQL

- Should be a team player and an extrovert with close coordination with business counter parts, technology and finance teams.

- Should be able to fix the gaps in the process by initiating enhancements as per the process requirements.

B. Position Responsibilities :

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1 Monitoring of the accounting transactions

2 Performing GL reconciliations

3 Managing regulatory reporting pertaining to transaction related processes

4 Coordinating with the Finance team for any GL level requirements

5 Process enhancements and developments

6 Thorough Understanding of LMS and data base management with proficiency in SQL

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications - Commerce Graduate / MBA - Finance or Operations

Essential :

Essential 7 to 10 years
