Job Profile:
- Work with the Product Head & Product Managers of the firm to define long term product strategy for payments
- Identify new initiatives and new products that Razorpay could launch and the market entry strategy for the same
- Work on horizontal projects across functions to drive organisation OKRs
- Work with various BU heads to align overall processes with organisation's product-level goals goals
- Lead projects for customer success & customer excellence through product innovations
Skills Required:
- Strong & structured problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and unstructured environment
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
- Very strong written communication and collaborative approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior leaders
- Hands-on analytical experience in previous organizations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong bias-for-action
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- An organized approach to work
- Hardworking with strong work ethics
Experience required:
- At Least 4+ years of experience
- Consulting/VC/corporate strategy experience would be preferred
- Payments industry experience would be preferred but not necessary
