Product Analyst: As an Analyst, the candidate will assist in the design, development, and execution of data-driven solutions for the ever-growing business of Razorpay. The candidate will be working very closely with respective stakeholders to identify key issues, strategic growth areas and enhance the quality of decisions through analytics. - You should be able to support and validate product decisions through quantitative analysis - Should have enough expertise in quantitative analysis, and data presentation - Should be able to assist in designing simple, dependable dashboards and help in automated reporting of important metrics - The candidate should be familiar with product funnels, cohort analyses, and basic exploratory analysis - Should strive towards creating a data-informed culture within the organization Desired Skills: Mandatory - Excel / Google Sheets - SQL - Descriptive statistics - Good to haves - R/Python - The candidate must be a highly-motivated, self-starter and passionate about data and providing insights
