Role : - One of the objectives for Razorpay is to establish itself as a neobank and help businesses with their funding requirements. We are looking to provide a plethora of credit solutions to businesses ranging from cash advance, line of credit, corporate cards, working capital and many more. All of the lending products are housed under the newly established Capital business unit. - The Capital business leader will be entrusted with the responsibility of establishing Razorpay as a major player in the credit space and bringing a revolution in the sme lending space in India. Razorpay has the unique advantage of the visibility into cash flow of businesses through the transaction flow via payments, payroll, payouts and other such product which makes it suitable to pursue this field. The aim of the business is to facilitate lending through neobanking platform, working jointly with traditional as well as new age NBFCs and banks. Key Accountabilities : Vision and Roadmap - Craft and drive the long term vision, strategy and roadmap towards making Razorpay a market leader in sme credit industry. - Build a strong market value proposition and evangelize the roadmap within the company to generate enough feedback. Conceptualization :&nbsp; The Capital Head will work with different teams to understand customer expectations, pain points and gaps in the sme credit industry to come up with steady stream of new product features, sales experiments and marketing strategy from 0 to 1 perspective as well as from a scale-up point of view based on the different stages of the respective product and industry categories. Planning and Delivery :&nbsp; He/She will be responsible for prioritisation of all roadmap items, quarterly as well as monthly planning across the Capital business unit and tracking the key product/engineering deliverables. He/She will be expected to have a very high bar for product quality and execution raising the market standard for what is possible from a credit perspective. Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution :&nbsp; - Capital Head will be expected to craft and drive the marketing and sales strategies and execution for all lending products, work collaboratively with inside and enterprise sales teams and closely drive closures on marquee customers. Leadership :&nbsp; - Provide leadership, mentorship and direction to build, manage, grow and inspire an absolutely high performance team. P/L Ownership :&nbsp; - Capital business head is expected to work closely with the CFO to drive annual operating plan, with the founders to define and drive yearly and quarterly targets and manage the overall PnL of the Capital business. Reporting :&nbsp;The Capital Business Unit Head will be reporting to the Founders.
