Job Description: :   - Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams  - Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring operational effectiveness and performance  - Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.  - Help in strategic planning by providing data driven insights, Work closely with management to prioritize business and monitoring requirements  - Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions  - Locate and define new internal process improvement opportunities  Desired Profile: :  - B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1 colleges  - At least 3+ years of experience in Analytics/Analytic tools  Expert knowledge of SQL & Excel  Good to have : (Qlikview, Python, & Macros/VBA)  Preferably worked in an in-house analytics team for a mid sized startup before or analytics consulting firms.
