- The company is seeking to hire Manager - Strategic Initiatives, with 3-6 years- experience to coordinate with and actively assist the top management with the following:

Strategic initiatives:

- Conduct financial and business analysis to aid top management in decision making

- Prepare and present business case for new product launch

- Prepare internal reports outlining latest trends in renewable energy industry globally

- Create marketing plan for lead generation and maintain records of generated leads

Corporate communications:

- Creating marketing campaigns including digital marketing for promoting company's brand

- Lead company's public relations initiative and actively coordinate with PR agency and media relations

- Create content for conferences, trade shows and press interviews

- Create and edit company literature, social media content, case studies, corporate newsletter, executive bios etc.by coordinating with all functional heads.

Skill set required :

- Strong research and business analysis skills

- Understanding of power sector, especially renewable energy space

- Experience in content development and report writing
