Job Description

1. Accountable for formulating strategy for growth of business and effectiveness of the Marketing & Sales, Operations, as well as, its growth and improvement in the domestic and international markets like South Asia Pacific, MENA region, Africa and other Middle East countries

2. Practically and actively involved in the Financial Modelling of the offers prepared ( Keywords- IIR, MW, Cr, INR, Million Dollar, KW, Open Access SOLAR, EPC, IPP, RESCO, Project Sales,

3. Spearheading business development, implementation business plans to achieve domestic and international targets as per the agreed budget.

4. Responsible for Effective inquiry generation, submission of proposals, negotiation, order finalization, the collection of PO with initial advance and hand over to projects.

5. Monitoring competition, business mapping and designing counter sales strategies. Understanding customer needs and offering optimum solutions.

6. Actively gather information on new opportunities, customer needs, complaints and satisfaction levels, market feedback, competitor information (Technology, pricing etc) for continuous improvements.

7. Ensure proper inputs are given to concerned departments in order to enhance customer satisfaction with respect to pre and post order activities, changing trends in the market, customer requirements, and feedback on product performance, complaints, and opportunities for aftermarket services, spares and refurbishing business.

8. Relationship Management / Key Account Management with key customer/consultants for generating repeat business.

9. Follow up for the Payment schedule and touch base all commercial agreements.
