Sales IT : 

- Responsible for the Handheld solution (Applicator) and DMS (Distributor Management Software)

- Implementation and driving usage of the above

- Effective usage of SSMS (reporting tool)

- Implementation of Automated Replenishment system (ARS)

- Claims automation

MIS : 

- Effective dashboards, especially on lead measures e.g. productivity, ECO, Attendance etc.

- Promotions/Offers evaluation, both GT and MT

- Efficacy of Trade spends, manpower costs etc.

- Replacements analysis

- Geography-wise performance analysis. Dashboards for every Supervisor and Seller.

Stock management : 

- Analyze CFA stock and Distributor stock and suggest corrective actions

- Implementation of Replenishment system for Primary Sales
