Retail Marketing (Store Marketing) - Job Purpose Responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the R-RTW brand along with Head-Marketing. The person will lead the planning, co-ordination and management of brand development projects. The person should have strong exposure in: - Online Mktg - Some exposure to Direct Mktg is preferred - Should have experience in budgeting process Job Responsibilities: Accountabilities & Activities: - Planning and Managing marketing Calender & Budget - Brand Management - Support in developing a brand communications strategy - Support the Marketing Head in implementing the annual brand marketing plan, within agreed time scales and budgets - Where appropriate, independently, project manage brand initiatives - Lead Creative excellence for all marketing communications material to support product launches across all consumer & customer touch points. - EBO - Marketing (Regional new Store & Existing Stores) - Manage agencies networks deliverable, resources and KPI reviews - Manage activation of marketing programs including consumer promotions, brand partnerships, consumer education & sponsorship. - Leverage consumer & competitive insights to develop brand communication. - Work closely with the Retail, Design & Product teams to ensure the successful promotion of the brand. - Manage and oversee the agencies teams to ensure that they are well motivated, equipped and fully briefed to implement key marketing briefs. - Facilitating Partnerships and Tie Ups. (Event Sponsorship) - Ensuring communication on digital platform with Digital team and Central Marketing team. - Maintaining Synergy of Campaign across all mediums. - Qualifications & Experience: a. MBA Marketing. 6-8 years of experience b. Experience in branding, Creative development, Media planning, Digital & Direct marketing c. Experience in Market research and insights generation. d. Experience with a premium lifestyle category brand is a must. e. Candidate to have a reasonably good flavour of Digital Marketing f. Should be good with numbers and help and assist budgeting process Competencies : - Strong inter-personal skills with a persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels. - Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills. - Clear communication and presentation skills in order to actively lead and participate in discussions about projects and strategy at all levels. - Passionate and determined personality. The ability to use a high level of initiative and a preparedness to take - ownership- of allocated responsibilities.
