Position : Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury Division : Corporate Reporting To : Head - Treasury Location : Thane Qualification : Chartered Accountant/ M.B.A - Finance Other Requirement : Experience in the large corporate treasury function Age : 30 - 40 Job Role/ Objective : To manage the Corporate Treasury activities of the group comprising of currency hedging, working capital and capex fundraising, credit ratings, surplus funds investment, compliances controls, and MIS. Key Responsibilities : - Preparing Forecasts for funding requirements of group companies and devising suitable funding strategies - Setting up the fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital requirements - Managing Trade Finance requirements (Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Buyers/Suppliers Credit facilities/Packing credit) - Raising short term funds through Commercial Paper - Raising long term loans from Banks / Debt Capital Markets to fund capital expenditure - Monitoring foreign currency exposures across the Group - Adopting suitable hedging strategies to mitigate currency fluctuation risks - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements - Adherence to internal processes and controls Interacting with statutory/internal auditors Competencies : - Inclusive Leadership - Drive Results - Active Collaboration Key Skills : - Experience in dealing with Banks for raising working capital and long term funding - Experience in raising funds from Debt Capital Markets - In-depth understanding of Forex markets and hedging strategies - Good negotiation & communication skills - Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
