Raymond Group - Manager - Financial Reporting/Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

- Preparing Quick Estimate, Corporate reports, MIS & Board Presentation

- Preparation and finalizing of Schedules / notes to accounts & Cash flow statement - Indian AS and IGAAP financials.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for finalization of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement and related notes.

- Drive the FP&A process , Preparation of Revenue, Capex Budgets and Latest estimates and supporting the BVA analysis.

- Drive the process of Cost Control, Working Capital Management, Monitoring of Key Financial Ratio etc.

- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the management.

- Maintain a healthy relationship with existing banks on board and develop arrangements with new banks to increase credit limits/ renewal of bank limits, ensure sufficiency of credit limits.

- Ensure availability of liquidity requirements and optimal fund management.

- Preparation of schedule for elimination of subsidiary - Indian AS and IGAAP financials.

- Ensuring compliance of the company and its facilities to all legal requirements and initiate renewal and new registrations as may become applicable

- Effectively liaise with auditors arrange to mitigate significant constituents of the Company's risk profile Monitor and escalate important issues to Directors.

- Managing accounts payable process, Monitoring and improving systems for better control over purchase payments & expenses payments.

- Strategize to achieve financial objectives for the company. Provide big picture of macro environment and companies financial status

- Assisting in budget preparation & monitor budget V/s actual expenses variance.

- Scrutinizing General Ledger drill down for analysing/scrutinizing.

- Preparation and finalizing of monthly TBL along with provision.

- Preparation of comparative & Variance analysis of financial statements.

- Drive effective Fixed Assets related controls including driving a process for asset register maintenance & fixed asset verification in proper manner.

- Connect with Auditors - Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Cost Auditors , driving effective engagement and timely closure of statutory audit, limited review engagements and other audits.

- Lead and guide Finance and Accounts team in all finance related matters.

- Candidates from Big 4 Background and Top 50 companies in India preferred. (Sector Agnostic - Open to Heavy Engineering, Steel, Construction, Automobiles, FMCG, FMCD etc.)
