Role Summary - This position is responsible for formulation and execution of Ecommerce strategies and objectives aligned with growth priorities. The role will plan, direct and control the design & deployment of all ecommerce interventions in RCCL.

To this effect, this position will lead a team of 4 Ecommerce professionals to drive width and depth of distribution through strategic planning and thinking. The position entails a multi-pronged and pragmatic approach in terms of building the business.

Strategic Deliverables

- Developing and executing Ecommerce Strategy for RCCL.

- Managing the growth, penetration and share gains of the 4 key categories of business (Fragrances, Male grooming, Home care, Wellness) on Ecommerce Channel.

- Identifying business opportunities at brand / geography / SKU / category levels to grow the business. - Designing and managing the channel partner.

- Managing and growing the KPI metrics for the channel - Sales Planning and Forecasting with Team.

- Driving width and depth for existing, new and focus products through channel partners.

- Managing Customer Relationships: Develop and manage external suppliers, Vendor and partners to drive Ecommerce efficacy.

- Design and Execution of the Channel Platform loyalty program

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio

- Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop shopper marketing and category marketing plans for Ecommerce Channel

- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months - Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity.

Educational Qualifications

MBA in Business / Sales / Marketing from a Premier Institute in India

Experience Required

- Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years of experience with at least 4 years in handling Ecommerce in FMCG industry.

- Very good understanding of Sales and distribution of FMCG categories (Personal Care). The candidate must have Ecommerce experience.

Functional Skills Required

- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Merchandising Skills - both paid and unpaid visibility

- Qualitative and Quantitative Problem Solving Skills

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Should be well versed with the ways of Ecommerce working, Channel Relationships

- Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in Ecommerce

- Search Marketing on Ecommerce

- Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in Ecommerce

- Terms of trade by channels and competitive understanding

- Development of JBPs
