Raymond Group - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (5-10 yrs)

Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities

Developing and Implementing

- Listing & Launch of NPI's within time frame.

- Monthly/Quarterly Assortment correction/MBQ.

- Ensure JKHC product planogram as per standard (Eye level).

- Signing & negotiating the TOT's.

- Working with Quarterly & Annual JBP's with key accounts to ensure that JKHC achieve the budgets.

- Driving New product Launch, Category wise activations & thematic promotions in Key accounts.

- Consumer promo planning with chains as well as with internal stack holders.

- Co-ordination with ZH & BM's to ensure flawless execution of promotion & visibility drives to ensure desired growths.

- Closely working with commercial team to collect outstanding from chain before its overdue.

- Competition benchmarking chain wise/category wise and react before competition take the lead.

- Monthly & quarterly review with chains category manager.

- Monthly data analysis on pre & post activity (Promo & visibility) and present to internal stack holders.

- Framing the activation calendar, factoring cost effective promotions to beat competition and gain Market share in all category.

- Ensure advance stock forecasting (Individual chains) and follow up with supply chain for promo stocks to ensure above 90% fill rate.

- Maintaining Account profitability & Financial Hygiene.

- Chain wise Secondary & off-take growth achievement.

Role Dimensions

Non-Financial Dimensions - Assisting the MT Head in Strategizing, planning and execution of all sales related activities


Educational Qualifications

- Should be MBA from a reputed institute

Chain responsibility

- Chain responsibility - Reliance Retail, ABRL, Spencer's, Max Hyper, Apollo & Medplus Future Retail, Metro C&C, Walmart C&C, Reliance C&C, D Mart etc.

Experience Required

- Min 4 + years of Exp handling Retail Accounts

Functional Skills Required

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Sound knowledge of Sales processes

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Good Computer knowledge.

- Excellence in Data mgmt. & excel.
