Head - NKAM (Modern Trade)
RCCL as a merged entity is a INR 800 CR business . The person will manage the combined entity Key accounts at a national level managing a team of 4 plus direct reports and other associates ( in the hierarchy below).
We need a senior leader who :
a) Has worked at national level
b) Managed teams
c) Expert in Key account management .
- This role is also designed to build the talent pipeline of the company and is a succession planning position
- Designing & implementing the business strategy for National Key accounts and build long term business as per organization need.
- AOP planning & create road map to achieve business objectives YOY.
- Category wise growth planning to beat competition and to gain market shares in Individual chains through NKAMs.
- GTM strategy for NPDs, budget planning, rolling forecasts (DRM) & projections along with NKAM team.
- Data analytics, category & inventory management
- Joint business planning (JBPs), LTL growth planning to grow existing business.
- Working closely with Retailers to get best Placement in planogram, category captaincy to build RCCL brand in stores.
- Leading & coaching the KAMs team to deliver results.
- Internal & external stakeholder management for smooth business operations.
- Closely working with Marketing, SCM and MT sales operation team to design the business strategy and track execution and sec trend.
- Maintain commercial hygiene and commercial discipline as per SOPs.
- Innovation in consumer promotion, brand building, visibility drive and activation to improve off-takes.
- Closely working with KAMs and sales team to do competition benchmarking.
- Responsible for category wise Sec target achievement.
- Should have experience in Team handling .
