Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities
- Support in develop a business plan for the financial year for the Sexual wellness portfolio
- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category with the Vertical head-Marketing thru cross functional coordination and external vendor management
- Designs and coordinates promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) through solid network of strategic partnerships with media, research, creative agency etc
- Ensures coordination with general trade and modern trade channels to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives
- Development & Implementation of Category Strategies
- Identification & implementation of strategic initiatives
- Encourage & employ innovation in products & process in order to achieve competitive advantage.
