Brand Manager - Shaving
Role Summary :
The candidate will be responsible for managing the existing as well as developing the Shaving strategy for JKHC. He/she will be responsible for business planning for the existing portfolio, doing initial secondary research to propose a medium term strategy for the portfolio, conducting requisite researches to validate hypothesis, coordinate cross functionally to develop the product pipeline, developing the communication and media strategy using the creative and media agencies and develop go to market plan in association with the Sales team.
Operational Deliverables :
- Responsible for achieving overall top lines
- Responsible for achieving agreed market share objectives
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
Strategic Deliverables:
- Assessment of opportunities in Shaving category
- Developing hypothesis to test opportunities on developmental as well as consumer relevance front
- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category through cross functional coordination and external agency management.
