Qualification - IIM Post Graduate

Reports to - Regional Manager

Necessary Exposure - Managing Sales Function for Raymond textiles in designated location

Key Skills - Influencing Skills, Interpersonal skills

Computer Proficiency -

- Should be comfortable operating, MS – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

- Exposure to working on an ERP

Language Skills - Should be fluent in English, Hindi

Job Purpose - Managing Sales function of designated area.

Principal Relationships –

Within Organization - HODs

Outside Organization - Trade agents, Franchisees, Distributors

Role & Responsibilities

1. Developing & appointing New MBOs, Franchisee Store for the region

2. Responsible for Achievement of Targets of the assigned Areas as per business plan.

3. Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal Analysis of Target Vs Achievement Reports

4. Making Targets Category Wise/Distributor wise/Store wise monthly, quarterly & seasonally.

5. Budgeting & Sales Planning

6. Continuous efforts to increase the Market Share & Retail Space (Through Franchisee stores/Base stock maintains at MBOs)

7. Responsible for Inventory Management / Merchandising of Branch / MBO / Stores / Distributors

8. Regular Review on Business Planning & execution plan for the balance targets achievement.

9. Maintaining a Good rapport with all MBOs, Franchisees etc

10. Monitoring Trade marketing activities like VM installation /Hoarding

11. Account Settlements and Collections from Distributors
