- Extension of SW Brand status

- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives

- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the category

- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio

- Assessment of opportunities in SW category

- Developing hypothesis on ways to tap those opportunities

- Assessing the validity of the hypothesis on developmental as well as consumer relevance front

- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category thru cross functional coordination and external vendor management.

- Must be an MBA in Marketing From A/B Reputed Institution

- Must have 6-8 years of experience in managing a brand in a competitive category

- Ideally must have experience in managing an SW brand or portfolio

- Must have experience in independently managing a brand or a category for at least 3-4 years
