Job Description : - Prepare long term &amp; short term - Production Plan- as per inputs from marketing dept./customer requirement. Preparing &amp; monitoring bi monthly, monthly, weekly &amp; daily production targets as per orders form marketing and Budget proposed. - Prepare Production scheduling for smooth production in lowest possible production loss &amp; minimum inventory level. - Managing shipments from suppliers for timely deliveries to customer at most economical cost. - Responsible to level up client members in operation management &amp; leadership. - To prepare control &amp; achieve department KRA - Generate vendor rating on regular basis for enhancement of business partner performance. - Provide support in leading Projects, Supplier Development, Inventory Reduction, fresh packing improvement. - Provide accurate inventory data &amp; other technical support to all departments on inventory control procedures. - Forecasting long term requirements of raw materials, services &amp; plan for its procurement. - Ensure requirements of export shipment, import ordering, in lead time setting. - Identify gap in systems / procedure &amp; set protocol for better control.
