Objective Of this role:
To create a unified, digital and contemporary employee portal for Raymond group
Role Details :
Role holder will act as a project lead for all technology integrations towards People processes and policies thus supporting Lifestyle Business's Vision 20-20.
NEW MODULE IMPLEMENTATION:
- Manage and identify opportunities for new possibilities and deliver continuous improvements with an aim of 100% mobile integration
- Lead the implementation and adoption of technology developments for HR function at a Raymond group level
- Manage deployment of new modules - Workforce Analytics, Learning Management, Career & Succession Planning
- Provide subject matter expertise on existing processes, enhancements with a good understanding of HR direction
- Lead the automation / redesign of processes and policies ensuring alignment with benchmarked best practices in industry
DEPLOYMENT
- Project manage module implementation along with implementation partner, internal HR team, business leadership and technology sponsors
- Ensure alignment and awareness among all concerned stakeholders towards all modules through branding, communication and orientations.
- Ensure internal HR, administrators and managers are trained on all modules
- Create user manuals, FAQs and support documents for all concerned stakeholders
- Drive usage and monitor ROI against launched modules
- Work closely with Group HR Leads, IT and Shared Services teams to gain acceptance and approval
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
- 100% Adherence to timelines in implementation for new modules
- ROI against modules post 6 months of go live date
- Positive response / improvement in employee feedback /survey
