Job Description - Manager, Provider Analytics

Rayden Interactive is looking for a Manager, Provider Analytics to be an integral part of our existing team. As a Manager, you will be managing a team of 5-10 analysts to create analytic deliverables demonstrating value for Phreesia clients (ranging from small practices to some of the largest health systems in the U.S.) We are looking for someone who has management and project management experience, is detail oriented, excels at taking data and transforming it into analysis, and has experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and online dashboards.

Responsibilities -

- Manage team of 5+ analysts who support client retention by producing reports that clearly demonstrate the value of Phreesia's products

- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations of data & analytics team that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives

- Ensure project milestones are met & communicated to key stakeholders

- Internal expert on Phreesia's data, able to answer analyst questions & train new team members on best practices

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of Consulting or Analytics team management

- Experience developing team, training, and retention

- Experience driving data understanding to internal and external constituents

- Excellent communicator

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (comfort with other tools preferred - Python, R, etc.)

- Knowledge of statistics, statistical methodology, and trends

- Comfortable with large Excel files and complex formulas (nested if statements, index match, pivot tables, etc.)

- Ability to QA analysis results and identify errors

- Strong attention to detail

- Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Science, Social Science; or experience in a similar role

- Experience in Healthcare is preferred, not required

- 7-10 years experience leading analytic teams at company where analytics is build into products and are critical to the mission, preferably a healthcare company or allied health organization.
