Raycon Group - Investment Professional - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

- Originate pre-leased real estate investment opportunities on a pan-India basis by building and managing relationships with developers, brokers and international property consultants

- Evaluate potential investment opportunities by conducting micro-market and property-specific due diligence and constructing in-depth financial models

- Assume a prominent role in deal execution, including managing third party advisors (e.g. solicitors, accountants) to conduct legal and other necessary due diligence, and spearheading negotiation of transaction terms and documentation with sellers

- Create internal investment committee memorandums and limited partner communication materials

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of four (4) years of prior investing experience, with real estate experience highly preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Superior communication and negotiation skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
