Brief Job Responsibility :

1. Responsible for heading human resource function, to ensure best HR practices in Hiring, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development Talent Management, Performance Management, Statutory Compliances, HR & Admin Controlling.

2. Develop HR functional strategy in line with organizational objectives and evolving business needs.

3. Facilitates prioritization of strategic initiatives impacting HR in planning and delivering of these initiatives (for annual plans / long term plans)

4. Utilizes data/analytics to identify emerging HR issues and trends affecting the business at both an enterprise and team level, creating and implementing solutions to meet those needs.

5. Partner with senior executives and managers to develop and execute plans that optimize talent, organizational structure, people processes, and culture.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Experience in a manufacturing unit /Corporate is an added advantage

- Strong solutions orientation with a collaborative approach

- Intellectually curious and a constant learner

- Able to relate to people at all levels of the organization, possessing excellent communication skills

- Experience in supporting a multi-site sales organization

Salary Offered: 10 - 12 LPA
