Hiring for Risk Analyst/Senior Risk Analyst for leading NBFC

Responsibilities :

- Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling and data analysis

- Develop, Monitor and Improve Scorecards and ensure its effectiveness

- Build ML based models to achieve maximum effectiveness

- Build Pilot/Test on segments/scorecard cohort and ensure close monitoring

- Build and deploy Early warning model at Account and Portfolio level

- Liaise closely with Bureau and other data providers

- Work closely with Product and Tech to support identification of opportunities as well as liaising for scorecard coding and deployment.

- Assist and deploy Collection models like propensity to default / delay etc.

- Create scorecard with alternative data points ~ social media footprint / psychometric scorecard etc.

Required Qualifications And Experience :

- Relevant analytical experience in Scorecard development and ML modelling

Preferred languages : SAS, SQL, R/Python.

- Classical stat techniques : Regression, Logistic regression, Clustering, Hypothesis testing.

- ML algo : KNN, NBM, DT, CART, Boosting models, Ensemble models etc.

- Individual contributor with the capability to deliver projects within timeline

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- IIT / MS Statistics with 2- 5 years of experience
