Profile : Balance Sheet Team
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation and Finalisation of Financial statements on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis as per Ind AS.
- Finalization and consolidation of the Financial Statements of Holding as well as subsidiary companies in accordance with relevant Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Monthly Closing analysis and supervisory reviews to ensure that all the accruals and provisions have been properly recorded, review the trial balance and major ledger scrutiny.
- Controlling Fixed Assets by ensuring proper booking of Fixed Assets and their proper useful life, physical verification, developing controls and procedures at the entity level for accurate capitalization.
- Monitoring internal control system of the organizations during internal and statutory audits and risk involved.
- Ensure all SEBI compliance with related to financials is to be submitted on time.
- Rendering assistance to the site teams on various cost centres accounting of Projects Expenses.
- Coordinating and Liasioning with Statutory and Internal Auditors during quarterly and yearly audits.
- Providing financial data along with certification from statutory auditor for various bidding.
- Coordination with group companies for related parties transaction disclosure.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely deposit of various statutory dues.
- Monitoring secretarial compliance for the purpose of statutory audit.
- Supervising various filings to MCA including XBRL filings.
