Job - Description

Head - Digital Marketing, will spearhead the digital marketing efforts of the company in digital lending space. This role shall include developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy of the company across various digital channels to achieve key performance metrics and goals.

Key Accountability:

1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of the company in line with defined budgets and RoIs across channels like :

a. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

b. Google Adwords/Adsense

c. GDN and Other Ad Networks

d. Affiliate Marketing

e. Social Media Marketing

f. Content Marketing

g. Native Advertising

h. Email Marketing

i. Online PR

j. Inbound Marketing

k. Sponsored Content

2. Enable marketing automation across platforms.

3. Enable marketing analytical tools to achieve key performance metrics and RoI.

4. Development of all digital content including ads, content, blogs etc.

5. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

6. Develop, organize and lead the digital marketing team.

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree from IIT or MBA from IIM

- 5-12 years experience in Digital Marketing in scale up of successful e-commerce or fin-tech companies.

- Extensive hand on experience across digital channels, platforms, digital marketing products and analytical marketing tools.
