Job Title : Project Lead - Change Management  Department : Service Quality & Change Mgmt.  Grade : AVP/DVP/ VP/ As per experience  Location : Goregaon NOC  Reporting To : Head - Process Re-engineering  Position purpose :  - Lead a Team of Project Managers for Change Management Initiatives embedment & execution in various Business & Functional Units across the Bank.  Primary Purposes :  - The role of the individual will cover a wide range of task ranging from research and developing internal project proposals, creating relevant project plans and mobilizing/ initiating the projects.  - The individual will be responsible for certain tasks or manage own change management projects across the Bank as well as projects managed by team members.  - The role will involve Identification, End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy, Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business  - Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and other related areas.  - Actively engage with Top Mgmt., Units Heads & Stakeholders to develop and guide them to solutions, present ideas and new perspectives. The role also requires active engagement with all stakeholders to understand requirements, seek alignment and keep them updated during the execution of the projects  - Use Structured methods & analytics to Deliver Results  Key Position Responsibilities :  Key Responsibilities :  - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources on Black Belt & Green Belt Lean Six-Sigma Project Management  - Identify and Execute End-to-End Improvement Projects across the Bank with regular interaction with Top Mgmt. and Deliver expected Results.  - Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches  - Strengthen Service Delivery methodology  - Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management  - Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence Tools, Techniques, Methodologies, Frameworks & Practices  - Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing monitoring through Standard Measurement Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement  - Work with Units to build Tracking Systems, Scorecards & Ops Controls for Service, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service & other metrics  - Manage Resource Planning  - Work from both sides of the brain: Being logical, objective and analytical (left brained) and when required, being intuitive, thoughtful & subjective (right brained)  - Any other activity related to Project Completion with expected solutions  Qualifications And Experience Requirement :  Qualifications :  Essential :   - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering  - MBA and/or CA from a premier Institute or Graduate with significant relevant experience. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certified  Preferred :   Project Management Certified, Apt in Quality & Improvement Methodologies like:  - ISO, COPC, Five S, Kaizen, TQM, JIT, TOC, etc.  - Prince 2.0, PMI, Agile, Waterfall, JAIIB/CAIIB  Experience :  Essential :  - Minimum 7 to 10 years with atleast 5 years in Banking/Financial Services/Consultancy  - Preferred Significant experience in Banking Domain & Improvements Projects. Relevant work experience as Internal or External Consultant at least two Banks and having worked in key transformation/change projects in functional areas like Retail Operations, Trade Finance & Operations, Banking Front Office, Commercial Banking, MIS/EIS, Customer Services.  - Project Management, Team Leading Experience in a banking change environment Good working knowledge of Banking Financials and Cost analysis & management is a must  - Solutions delivery orientation will be a key differentiator  - Ability to source, collate and quantitative analysis of data, distilling to the essence required and interpreting it to seek cause and effect relationships  - Problem solving and leadership skills to meet the need of using a blend of intuition and analysis, ability to multi-task and have a balance between the strategic and operational focus  - Ability bring the strategy down to operational level and articulate what it means at the lowest levels of the Bank  - Ability to view issues from various angles and build alternative views.
