- To spearhead the brand's growth and expansion, in India and Internationally
- To align all brand activities in a cohesive manner and towards the common goal of more visibility & revenue generation i.e., coordination between various departments like Design, Production, Retail, PR, Marketing etc. towards this goal
- To ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Monthly audits of all departments
- The candidate should have an understanding of finance to be able to propose and approve budgets for various activities based on the annual budget given by the management
- Should have excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Create and Monitor the brand communication strategy
- Monitor ad ensure the marketing and PR to ensure end result of business development
- To develop strategic partnerships for different product categories - at vendor level, retail level, design level and even collaboration level
- To ensure brand linkages for better visibility and growth
