Role Overview:

As an Associate Program Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping Ratham's strategic initiatives and operational tactics. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.

Language : Proficiency in Tamil and English

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.

- Program Execution: Lead and manage key operational programs from initiation through - completion.

- Data Analysis: Dive deep into metrics and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with various internal teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals and seamless execution of projects.

- Continuous Improvement: Recommend operational efficiency improvements based on performance data and industry best practices.

- Report & Communicate: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on program status, risks, and upcoming challenges to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in strategy and operations or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong team player with an ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
