VP Account Management - APMEA (Strong Hotel Distribution experience is a must)

We are looking for Head of Account Management for the APMEA region to own driving success for our customers. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g.; on-boarding, support, services, adoption, etc.), Account Management (e.g.; advocacy, retention, strategic consulting, etc.), outcomes (e.g.; renewals, up-sell, etc.), People Management (drive a team of customer success managers with strategic directions) and Process Ownership.

Outcome (Quantifiable Objective) :

- Renewal of Accounts

- Upsell & Pipeline Generation

- Customer Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)

- Governance (QBRs, MTPs, Events etc.)

Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills) :

- Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience with a strong hotel distribution background.

- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients

- Strong empathy/obsession for customers AND passion for revenue and growth

- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

- Analytical and process-oriented mindset

- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

- Enthusiastic self-starter and creative leader with the ability to inspire others

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Eligibility Criteria :

- 12+ years of experience in leading customer-facing roles in Hotels

- Must have worked with different demand partners like OTAs, Wholesalers, B2Bs, Metasearch.

- Must have worked on tech solution providers of Property Management Systems/Central Reservation System.
