Role&nbsp;: Manager, Payroll Role Reports To&nbsp;: Vice President, Human Capital Purpose of the role&nbsp;: Taking care and monitoring the US payroll for employees Responsibilities : 1. Candidate would be responsible for managing Payroll for US based employees 2. Reviewing, documenting current processes and preparing recommendations for management 3. SOP creating and Process document formulation 4. Managing and reviewing end to end payroll, Payroll processing, Compensation &amp; benefits, taxation, benefits deduction 5. Excellent knowledge on Garnishments, Tax Forms- W4, TD1 etc., Income taxes such as Federal, State Local, Social taxes- Social Medicare, RRSP, CPP, QPIP etc., FUTA, Retirement plans 6. Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly payroll, Statutory compliance Competencies Required : 1. Ideal candidate would have 6+ yrs. of work experience in US Payroll. 2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.) 3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (MANDATORY) a zeal to perform and grow 4. Agility and flexibility is required as this may involve working in US timings 5. Excellent knowledge of comp and benefits 6. Knowledge of US Benefits 7. Ability to assist in performance management Qualification Summary : 1. Overall 8+ years of experience in HR Payroll management 2. From a Human Resources educational background
