Job Description Purpose of the role: - The person will be responsible for leading the user experience design charter for RateGain - one of India's top travel product company&amp; leading provider of business intelligence solution to hotel &amp; travel companies. - The person should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. He/She will drive the design, bringing creativity, vision, market knowledge, design experience and a collaborative working style to become a key design leader in the team. Provide clear and concise communication of the product vision, design approaches and requirements to team members, product owners, senior management and other relevant key partners through documentation, presentations and visual tools to convey key concepts, mechanics and systems required. Job Responsibilities: - Work with Product managers &amp; designers to create roadmaps for continually rejuvenating existing products and to define the next generation of Products. - Align designed methods across product teams and establish design sprint framework by integrating lean customer development and quantitative UX research. - Define and deliver on UX vision and UX success metrics for all product engagements. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Research, analyse user feedback &amp; activity and iterate it to enhance the user experience.
