RateGain - Project Manager - Analytics

Job description:

Project Manager with experience to manage complex Enterprise projects/products in the analytical space.

Required skills:

- Knowledge and experience in managing projects using agile development frameworks like Scrum.

- PMP certification preferred.

- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with the company's strategic imperatives.

- Must have software product delivery and data analytics background.

- Strong customer service focus

- Must have built products that have leveraged BI analytics

- Client (onsite) implementation experience is a must have.

- Exposure to cutting edge analytics technology, creating enterprise scale products, using large and diverse datasets are essential skills.

- The individual will manage a cross functional team of data scientists, product managers and software developers in an innovation-driven environment.

Position Requirement:

- University graduation or equivalent

- 6+ years work experience handling enterprise class projects in the data analytics space

- Experience handling projects with US and Europe based clients

- Service delivery experience & should have managed teams

- Project management skills & Six Sigma certification preferred

- Analytical approach with an eye for detail

- Ability to proactively capture customer & organizational requirements & build processes that aligned with the companies objectives

- Demonstrate leadership skills.

- Ability to lead, facilitate & motivate team members & stakeholders

- Conflict Resolution and Negotiation

- Result oriented, meticulous, strives to be successful, conveys a sense of urgency & drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
