RateGain is looking to hire manager / AVP - Corporate Development with good experience in Merger and Acquisition. We are looking for creative mind passed out from premium management school like IIM A, IIM B, IIM C and ISB.

Job Description :

- Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration.

- Identify, assess and execute potential investment and acquisition transactions.

- Lead deal origination by building deep ties with Target companies and other industry participants for acquisition.

- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and analyse opportunities and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transactional issues.

- Create optimal deal structures that will ensure long-term value creation for RateGain and ensure that investee companies and their representatives will be aligned with RateGain.

- Post transaction work closely with the investee companies in ensuring value creation and realization for RateGain through post-merger integration

- Build investment thesis/ strategy and present it internally

Required Skills :

- The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working with Investment, financial modelling, corporate planning and development.

- Good understanding of fund raising and overall investment process including term sheets, diligence and definitive documentation.

- Think Big - identify new areas of opportunity for RateGain, create investment strategies and evaluate key targets in partnership with business teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on deal strategy and all execution related aspects.

- Analytical, People management, Stakeholder management, Problem solving.

- Excellent negotiation skills

Leadership Skills:

- Experience in working with the senior management team in the organization.

- Experience in working with cross functional teams

- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to articulate his ideas well and escalate problems on time with the right forum.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills Communication

Qualification :

- MBA from Tier 1 college

- 4 -6 years of professional experience
