RateGain - Junior Account Executive - Media & Analytics

- Support the client services team in providing an overall analysis of social data across multiple programs and social channels

- Develop, execute and optimize large-scale social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

- Craft strong analytical reports that analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations.

- Manage budgets ensuring spend is allocated appropriately and accurately

- Lead training across the client services team to provide tangible client recommendations

- Monitor effective benchmarks using best practices for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns in an effort to maximize results

- Troubleshoot technical errors within social platforms

- Exhibit a strong understanding of advertising capabilities in social media to internal team and clients

- Create proposals for advertising creative showcasing their purpose, objective and goal

- Contribute to BCV's thought leadership around the ideal use of social data

- Stay informed and take a proactive role in clients industries and trends, including developing key povs and social platform updates.

Competencies:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree required, preferably in a degree related to media buying, economics, analytics, digital media, advertising or business

- 1-2 years buying programmatic media, preferably natively in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

- Experience working with Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager and Power Editor

- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

- Experience with Excel and advanced functionality- V Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros

- Ability to juggle a large amount of client requests at one time

- Ability to collaborate and work well with others

- Ability to contribute to the increasing level of innovation in data, analytics.
