Designation: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for actively and successfully managing the business development process: lead generation; credentials pitch; Prospecting and Qualifying target accounts; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.

Work Experience (Knowledge, Skills and Behavior)

1. Candidate should have minimum 6-8 years of B2B experience in Software products sales

2. New Client Acquisition- Cold Calling & Lead Generation

3. Identifying Potential clients through existing database.

4. Should have Good record in cold calling to generate qualified leads or Prospects.

5. Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, highly self motivated, Goal oriented and Results-driven.

6. Pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team

7. Must achieve the appointment goals assigned and help in building the sales Pipeline.

8. Must be task oriented and focused in approach to meet the timelines.

B) BEHAVIOR

- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

EXPERIENCE - Minimum 6-8 years in software sales

Shift Timing: U.S

EDUCATION

Essential: Any Graduate

Preferred: MBA in Marketing
