Rasta - Strategy & Planning Lead

Rasta is a 9 years young design and communication consultancy. We are a strategy focused creative studio doing impactful work driven by our culture first approach in order to provide creative solutions.

STRATEGY & PLANNING LEAD:

The ideal candidate needs to make sure that Client Expectations and Creative Delivery are aligned. We are looking for someone who can suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote the customer's brand. The candidate needs to have excellent communication abilities and management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Come up with strategies, plans and mechanics to deliver integrated creative solutions for Annual & Quarterly goals.

- Consult clients on key metrics of success and analyse the impact of creative delivery

- Research the Brand & it's competition to come up with powerful, unique insights

- Lead client facing teams to provide brand solutions, ensure satisfaction and ensure that all potential business opportunities have been explored

- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships

- Assist with putting together timelines and budgets when required

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with internal and external teams

- Motivate Rasta's Brand Solutions team to come up with their best work.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors/PG degree in Communication and/or Management

- 7 years of proven success in client management in the Advertising and Branding sector

- Strong relationship management, presentation and communication skills

- Proven ability in managing teams.
