Job Description: Growth Manager - Business Development, Gurgaon
Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to fuel Rasta's growth story by exploring and acquiring new business opportunities across industries and generate revenue by developing strategic relationships with potential leads.The ideal candidate will have a spirited, can-do attitude as the role demands both inbound and outbound sales outreach to expand the sales funnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout and take potential clients through the sales funnel converting them into retainer/project clients
- Check in with clients onboarded on their health and scout for opportunities & references from new & existing clients to increase business
- Conduct Market Research to develop strategies that will lead to greater revenue.
- Create customized Business Development assets to support the Business Development process, such as strong ppts. and reports that are most relevant to your audience.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Have completed graduation/post graduation degree and have >3 years of full-time experience in winning new business for a Design Studio or Advertising Agency.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
- Experienced in all stages of sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Motivated and focused individual with strong network of contacts to develop new business and to establish business relationships
- Great understanding of digital and print services and how they can benefit clients
- Have a proven track record of selling Creative & Consulting Services to leading corporate brands.
