Job Description:

Candidate must convert customers for the Real Estate Bonds from leads acquired through various online and offline channels & use maximum utilization of existing client base as well. They must build and enhance relationships with customers of the organization. The role is to motivate people to subscriber real estate bond for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers needs to assist the client in investing in Real estate Bonds and other financial products.

Assist in the process for Home loan / Mortgage Loan from various Institutions.

Should have a basic understanding of finance.

Will be responsible for Client activation targets.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation / MBA is Must

MBA Freshers candidates can also apply.

MBA candidates with experience in Mutual Funds / Insurance / Bonds/share trading can also apply.

Should possess good communication, selling / convincing skills

Candidates Experienced in the sales of other financial products may also be considered
