- Undertaking commercial and financial due diligence, interacting with the sponsor and company management to understand current and future strategies of the target company

- Preparing financial models and investment decks to present to investment review committee

- Provide services by estimating total costs involved, developing a financial plan for the entire project, as well as adopting a loan application for commercial lenders.

- Acquiring fund at low interest rates, in the form of Green Bonds, Masala Bonds etc.
