Job Description :

- Actively involved in getting funds & execution of Transaction documents from domestic & Foreign Banks with very competitive interest rate.

- Understand how to position our organization to them

- Work closely with CEO & management to strategies fund raising activities

- Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for the organization

- Originating and executing fund raise, structured finance

- Develop and refine fundraising process, defining activities, responsibilities and key milestones.
