Experience - 18-24 years experience in team handling and plant accounting, Monitoring, preparation, review, and finalization of accounts, Managing Audits within timelines, Internal control, Cost Saving, Variance analysis, Statutory compliances, Tax, GST, etc.

Basic Profile :

- Monitoring, preparation, review, and accounts finalization and financial reports analysis for internal control.

- Managing Audits within timelines; Internal, Statutory, Tax, GST etc.

- Finalization and publication of Quarterly Financials, Limited Review, Consolidated Financials, Audit Committee Presentation.

- MIS - Management DashBoard, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Cost Analysis, KPI

- Taxation - GST, TDS, Other Statutory liabilities, tax returns, transfer pricing, response to tax authorities on taxation matters

- Deep understanding and analysis of productivity reporting on a weekly, monthly basis, focusing on non-productive time.

- Review and proactively resolve issues relating to missing time and associated earnings

- A thorough review of overheads and proactive challenge and resolution of issues and errors.

- Experience working in the accounting function of a sizeable international company

- Technically proficient in preparing and reviewing management accounts, budget, and forecasts

- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
