Rashmi Group - Finance Controller

Position : Finance Controller

Location : Kolkata

KPI :

- Monitoring, preparation, review, finalization of accounts,

- Internal control

- Managing Audits within timelines ; Internal, Statutory, Tax, GST etc.

- Finalization and publication of Quarterly Financials, Limited Review, Consolidated Financials, Audit Committee Presentation

- MIS - Management DashBoard, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Cost Analysis, KPI

- Taxation ; GST, TDS, Other Statutory liabilities, tax returns, transfer pricing, response to tax authorities on taxation matters

- Mentoring the finance team and dealing with another functional heads/team.

- Deep understanding and analysis of productivity reporting on a weekly, monthly basis with a focus on non-productive time.

- Review and proactively resolve issues relating to missing time and associated earnings

- Thorough review of overheads and proactive challenge and resolution of issues and errors

- Experience working in the accounting function of a sizeable international company

- Technically proficient in preparing and reviewing management accounts, budget and forecasts

- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills; and comfortable in dealing with senior colleague

- Must have manufacturing / plant exposure

- Well versed with SAP modules (FICO)

- 14-16 Years of Exp
