Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.

- Follow up with clients for Deal closure and generate revenue for Oracle Program

- Represent Raqmiyat Oracle Program in discussion meetings with Customers,

- Represent Raqmiyat in Oracle events and Partner connect meetings

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Participate in the planning and represent Oracle events at industry related marketing events, account based marketing events, workshops and other external events Oracle and channel events as required

- Engage with all levels within both Oracle and customer organizations

- Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services

- Where required influence and participate in the definition of : Systems architecture and solution proposals, configuration of systems products and associated infrastructure for proposal and technical requirement definition for RFx inclusion.

- Contribute to Program initiatives - knowledge repository, defining/ streamlining processes, GTM, partnership upgrade initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

- Technical educational background

- 8-13 years of relevant experience including 3+ years of local experience.

- Strong business knowledge and implementation experience in Oracle products.

- Ability to work with the Consulting Sales to do technical scoping and effort assessment for new opportunities, writing technical proposals with comprehensive scope of work, assumptions and customer obligations, ability to work on the bid management process

- Knowledge of Fusion and other relevant emerging technologies necessary

- Knowledge of formal project management methodologies and tools (PMI, Oracle AIM, Microsoft Project, etc.)

- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive and partner products, technology and solutions.

- Knowledge of networking, backup and recovery, change management, and industry standards such as ITIL for enterprise application

- Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.
