Purpose:

The position holder will be responsible for Qualitative and Quantitative research and will closely work with leadership team to achieve the deliverables for business growth. Looking for someone who is interested in working with a growing start-up and is keen on contributing to its growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

- He will be work as Manager research for Qualitative and quantitative research. The Researcher lead will manage research and ensure quality deliverables.

- The Market/Business/User Researcher will be responsible for executing qualitative and quantitative research .

- End to End Project execution and deep understanding of Consumer Behaviour

- Work on all/ any aspect of research : research planning, primary research, secondary research, quality checking across a variety of market capitalizations

- Industries Interpreting all the content, statistics and presenting it in a research report Provide efficiency by improving existing processes and steps for analysis support research teams for productive results

- Work closely with leadership and all SBU's and take strategic decision and direction.

Competencies and skills:

- Proven experience in Business & User Research, minimum 8 years leading and managing the team in research or consulting domain.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong ability to research, analyse and communicate key commercial value drivers. Excellent communication, articulation and management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to execute/project manage large-scale research projects from beginning to completion.

- Expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies and experienced in developing market-based research. Ability to create impactful proposals for specific projects with a tailored approach.

- Ability to workplan, define scope and approach for assignments.

- Ability to apply thoughts and timely realisation of investment opportunities with solid decision making abilities Good collaboration and individual contribution skills

- Demonstration of leadership in educational and professional career.

- Very high drive and energy.

- Innovative and receptive to working on new ideas and proposals

- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with hands on experience in rigorous financial markets analysis

- Ability to apply thoughts and timely realisation of investment opportunities with solid decision-making abilities Good collaboration and individual contribution skills

- Demonstrated ability to put together presentations and infographics

Educational qualification and Certifications:

- 10 - 12 years of research analyst experience with proven track records in achieving performance metrics and targets

- Education qualifications preferred MBA, not compulsory

- Experience in relevant industry preferred, Consistent track record of academic excellence.
