Rapido, looking for a Digital marketing head to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for Rapido. As a Digital marketing lead, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company presence across all digital platforms. Responsibilities : (CTC 8 - 12 LPA) - Creating and driving marketing plan for acquiring new and engaging existing users through data-driven mobile app user acquisition and growth strategies - Executing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, Self-serve networks and affiliates - Measure and report performance of all app marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Gaining a deep understanding of end users through research and analytics(segmentation, behaviour analysis etc.) - Developing a communications strategy to effectively nurture and grow our addressable end-user base - Optimizing Rapido's app store listings, and driving new user acquisition through organic with ASO experiments - Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out - Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments Requirements : - 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, with focus on mobile app marketing - Hands on Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook campaigns - Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition - Good at the creative process to drive quality creative across the platform - Can join on immediate basis
