RapidLoops - Head - Fund Raise & Investor Relations

- To develop Fund raising strategy - and steer the implementation - Strategic Fund Raising & Investments, Transaction Structuring and new investment Platform co-ordination

- Active engagement with various strategic and financial investors

- Assessing & Managing cashflow and funding needs of all the Logistics operations on an ongoing basis. Ensure right funding strategy is prepared and implemented to meet funding requirement.

- Raising finance for the company from Banks, Debt markets, Financial institutions and non-Banking financial companies.

- Developing long term Strategic Approach to Investor Relations

- Guiding team to ensure good quality input are shared with Analysts and Coverage partners

- Ongoing interactions with existing and prospective investors

- Enhancing corporate visibility by representing the company to investor community through Sponsors & Corporate Events

- Targeting, including creating and updating institutional investor target lists and researching and maintaining profiles on existing investors and potential leads.
