Manager - Operations (Ex-Army & Marathi must) for State Govt. Bus Transportation

Education Graduate (prefer Master Degree)

Experience: minimum 12 years;

Competency:

- Strong Manpower handling skills at Operator level

- Leadership skills

- Problem Solving Ability

- Decision making ability

- Ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Client Interaction, providing supervision and support to the Supervisors & Operating staff to achieve the SLAs

- Responsible for the development and execution of annual operating plans.

- Oversees the development and supervises the execution of Capital Expenditure plans.

- Reviews cost reports to locate excessive expenses and takes necessary corrective action.

- Coordinate activities to ensure the most effective utilization of resources

- Management reporting. (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Coordinate, plan, evaluate and provide training for all subordinates.

- Performance Evaluation for the employees in the Department
