Experience :

- Strong Experience in Project Management & Stakeholder Management with different Teams (Internal & External)

Prefer: Experience in online/ ecommerce business& technical experience in card payment/ payment gateways projects

Competency :

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Project Management

- Project planning & estimation

- Project issue and risk management

- Has to understand the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Manage each project in accordance with the plans

Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, customers and/or vendors and performs stakeholder management

Operations Management:

- Define, implement and manage all marketing communications with Card members via email and direct mail

- Establish and manage relationships with vendors, Partner Merchants and internal resources to coordinate delivery for effective programs and promotional campaigns that are consistent with branding and general product merchandising

Call center Operations

- Develop and implement the business CRM, smart card roll out & call centre set up to improve acquisition and retention of customers

- Drive growth and development of the discount card solution to deliver positive change to membership volumes, purchase behavior and attrition
