Salary Offered - 35-50 LPA

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant support experience

- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

- Professional level verbal and written communications skills

- Handle communication going out of executive's office while maintaining confidentiality.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to organize a daily workload by priority

- High on drive and energy

- Must be flexible with working hours

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

- Plan, organize key business meetings and follow up on action plan

- Manage and coordinate with stakeholders globally

- Participate in decision making on behalf of the executives.

- Organize, proactively manage communications from the executive's office

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and present project updates to the executives

- Initiate business plan meetings

- Organize business performance review meetings on monthly / quarterly basis

- Prepare business analysis / projections as and when required by the executive

- Researching and preparing data to prepare documents and presentation for executives, board of directors

- Using various data visualization tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software and present reports to the executives

- Accurately Execute the follow up action

- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages

- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed

- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence

- Provide general support

Degree and Experience:

- MBA/master's degree from Tier I or II colleges

- B. Tech degree from Tier I or Tier II colleges

- 1 - 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
